How long does it take to dry?
Most carpets are touch-dry within two to four hours and fully dry within six. Good ventilation helps a lot — we'll open windows where we can and tell you what we recommend.
Can you remove every stain?
We lift the vast majority — coffee, wine, mud, pet accidents. Some set-in stains like bleach or old dye transfer can't be fully removed, though we can usually improve them dramatically. We'll always tell you up front if a result is unlikely rather than after the fact.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions and the carpets are safe to walk on as soon as they're dry.
Do you clean sofas and mattresses too?
Yes. Upholstery extraction works exactly the same way. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, mattresses and curtains are all in scope.
