About After Builders Cleaning

When can you come?
As soon as the trades are out. Many people book us for the day after the last trade leaves. If snagging is still happening, we can split the clean across two visits and agree the plan with you upfront.
How is this different from a deep clean?
It's more aggressive and more specific. A deep clean works through everyday grime; after-builders works through construction debris — dust that's worked into places a normal visit never touches, plus paint and adhesive residue that needs chemical treatment.
Do you take the builders' waste away?
No — building waste is your skip or waste carrier's job. We do sweep up loose debris and bag it for you.
Can you do the carpet as well?
Yes, extraction can be added to the same visit. Tell us in the form and we'll price it in the same quote.
